The reason you are getting that seam showing it appears that your texture is most likely not seamless (non-tiling) You are not using 2021 of 3DC so, you must click on Tiling in the tool panel to un-tile the texture. If it is not a a seamless texture then turn off tiling which is appears to be on atm, If it is seamless then use the " Cube Mapping from the drop down list" Then use the fill tool. It looks like I can add 3d Coat to my programs and I will have everything I will need.
